COVID-19 Announcement

Special Announcement About COVID-19

The health and safety of our patients and staff is our priority.

Here are some of the changes you will see on your next visit to Wellener Dental. We are continuing to monitor the information and guidelines from the American Dental Association (ADA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as state and local officials.

We will be proactively communicating any updates to our protocols prior to your next appointment.

New Safety Measures

We are conducting paperless COVID-19 pre-visit screenings in the days before and the day of your visit for all upcoming appointments.

Our staff is up-to-speed on COVID-19 symptoms and utilizing recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Additionally, each treatment room now has powerful, medical-grade air purifiers.

Please arrive 10-minutes early to allow for curbside check-in. Upon arrival in the parking lot, call or text our main line to inform the front desk of your arrival. We will then conduct another contactless COVID-19 pre-visit screening. Please wait in your car to be notified when the office is ready for you to enter.

We will meet you in the waiting area to take your temperature with a contact-less thermometer, then you will be escorted in. This is to minimize the number of people in the waiting area. If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or other COVID-19 symptoms your appointment will be rescheduled.

Only patients, or patients plus one critical caregiver, are allowed into the office. Our office is closed to all people except patients and team members (no sales or delivery people will enter the facility).

We ask that you wear a face-covering whenever possible when visiting our office.

We have implemented digital tools for check-in as well as contactless payment methods to reduce germ spread via clipboards, pens, and money.

We’ve added time between appointments to allow for additional sanitizing and to keep patients apart from one another to avoid high volume or density.

We ask that all patients use the hand sanitizer provided at the front door upon entering. It will also be available in other areas of the office.

As always, our main concern is the safety and well-being of our patients and staff. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us at any time. To request an appointment, please click below.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
